The deficiency of Sperms in the semen is known as Oligospermia or low sperm count. The symptoms include inability to conceive children, low sex drive, pain in the testicle area etc.

The causes include obesity, underweight, men exposed to pesticides like Ethylene Dibromide and organophosphates. These men have lowered sperm count. Exposure to radiation, prolonged use of a bicycle can also be causes of low sperm count.  Anabolic steroids taken for stimulating muscle strength and growth can cause testicles to shrink due to which sperm count gets decreased.

To increase sperm count, home remedies are always preferred as they have negligible side effects.
